在煤炭铁路升级施工改造过程中,重点运用到道岔施工导向滑轮,但在施工过程中经常会出现导向滑轮出现滑移方向控制失效问题,经过现场考察,对道岔施工导向滑轮失效原因进行了研究,并对铁路道岔施工导向滑轮结构进行了优化设计,为煤炭铁路道岔施工提供了方便,更为保证铁路运输线路安全做出了贡献。
During the process of upgrading and rebuilding the coal railway, the guiding pulley for the turnout construction is mainly used. However, the failure of the guiding pulley in the direction of the slipping direction often occurs in the construction process. After the site investigation, the cause of the failure of the guiding pulley of the turnout construction is studied, And the guide pulley structure of railway turnout has been optimized and designed, which has facilitated the construction of coal railway turnout and made more contributions to ensure the safety of railway transportation lines.
