由武汉开关总厂、香港新世界(中国)有限公司、武汉武新实业有限公司三方共同组建的武新电器工业有限公司于去年月日12月挂牌,同时,组建了第一届公司党委。其成员依照法定程序进入董事会和行政领导班子,真接参与公司两个文明建设活动,经过半年多的实践,已取得初步成效。党委会成立后,对政工队伍进行了调整,部分退下来的人员得到妥善安置,一支精干的政工队伍活跃在企业两个文明建设的舞台上,并与行政干部享有同等待遇。新的公司党委在继承已有的思想政治工作优势前提下,积极探索合资企业党建工作的新
Wu Xin Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., jointly established by Wuhan Switchgear Plant, Hong Kong New World (China) Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Wuxin Industrial Co., Ltd., was listed on December 29 last year. Meanwhile, the first company party committee was formed. Its members entered the board of directors and executive leadership in accordance with legal procedures and really took part in the two civilized construction activities of the Company. After more than six months of implementation, initial results have been achieved. After the founding of the party committees, the ranks of the political workers were adjusted. Some of the returned workers were properly resettled. A capable contingent of political workers was active on the stage of the two civilizations of the enterprise and enjoyed the same treatment as the administrative cadres. On the premise of inheriting the advantages of the existing ideological and political work, the new party committee of the company actively explores the new work of party building in joint ventures
