为了探讨运动性疲劳的中医学机理以及寻求安全有效的消除运动性疲劳的中药复方制剂,设计了强化训练导致疲劳的大鼠模型,用组织化学方法及细胞光度测定法,对运动疲劳状态下的大鼠骨骼肌的酸性磷酸酶活性和糖元含量,以及应用理气扶正类中药复方对改善运动性疲劳的作用进行了研究。结果表明:理气、扶正类中药“体复康”能有效地减少运动应激对骨骼肌的损伤,以及迅速恢复肌糖元的含量,对提高机体的有氧代谢能力及消除运动性疲劳有良好的作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for exercise-induced fatigue and to seek a safe and effective Chinese herbal compound preparation for eliminating exercise-induced fatigue, a rat model of intensive training leading to fatigue was designed.
