电镜观察了番茄花叶病毒 (ToMV)侵染不同寄主的细胞超微结构变化。在 2 5℃下ToMV侵染番茄(LycopersiconesculentumMill.)后 ,病毒粒子在叶片的表皮、薄壁细胞、维管束组织的细胞质中形成大块结晶体和类结晶体 ,液泡膜处产生小泡结构 ,有多泡体和髓鞘样结构伸入液泡中。在 2 5℃下ToMV侵染珊西烟(NicotianatabacumL .cv .Xanthinn)后 ,除存在病毒结晶体和类结晶体外 ,还形成角层状聚集体 ,叶绿体产生周边囊泡结构。在 35℃下ToMV侵染珊西烟后 ,在细胞质中还形成高电子密度的无定型体。两种寄主中均未观察到X体 ,细胞核和叶绿体中无病毒粒子。结果表明ToMV的细胞病变特征与烟草花叶病毒 (TMV)存在差异 ,可作为病毒诊断的依据之一。
The ultrastructural changes of different hosts infected by tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) were observed under electron microscope. After ToMV invaded tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) After ToMV infects Susan tobacco at 35 ° C, a high electron density amorphous body is also formed in the cytoplasm. No X-bodies, no virus particles in the nucleus and chloroplast were observed in either host. The results show that there is a difference between the cytopathic features of ToMV and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), which can be used as a basis for the diagnosis of the virus.
