2002年2月20日国务院第五十五次常务会议通过了《医疗事故处理条例》,条例出台后在医疗卫生系统引起了较大反响,因为条例的许多规定就要求医务工作者要更加严格遵守医疗卫生管理法律、行政法规、部门规章各诊疗护理规范、常规,恪守医疗服务职业道德。而法律规定的举证责任倒置的方法不仅对临床医师也对病案管理工作提出了更高的要求。
On February 20, 2002, the State Council’s fifty-fifth executive meeting passed the Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accidents.
