日本新日铁公司大分钢铁厂最近采用了一种喷粉生产超低硫钢的方法。该厂所安装的钢水罐喷粉设备具有喷粉能力大、处理时间短的特点。该厂喷粉设备的容量为340t,所喷吹的粉剂为 Ca-Si 合金粉和 CaO+CaF_2粉,喷吹速度为100~250kg/min。喷粉时喷枪插入罐内钢水中的深度为2000~3000mm。喷粉时以 Ar作运载气体,Ar 的流速为1000~3000NL/min。
