清昭陵现存古油松2000余株,大多有300年左右的历史,是世界上规模较大的古油松群落。由于树木衰老及立地条件的恶化,古油松的死亡率呈上升势头。对此,我们采取了多种复壮措施对其进行抢救,其中间种三叶草收到了良好的复壮效果。由于豆科植物根部的根瘤菌具有固氮作用,种植三叶草后,其土壤中的水分、养分及微生物数量明显增加,古松营养根系、叶绿素含量也有一定增加,光合作用增强,此一系列变化促进了古松针叶与枝条的生长,干物质量增多,古油松树势得以复壮与增强。

Due to the nitrogen fixation effect of rhizobia on the roots of leguminous plants, the amount of soil moisture, nutrients and microorganisms increased significantly after planting clover, and the content of chlorophyll and root in the roots increased, and the photosynthesis increased. The growth of pine needles and shoots increased with the increase of dry matter mass.
