前言清洁Al(100)、Al(110)和Al(111)的表面结构,从70年代开展研,并先后发现Al(110)表面存在振动弛豫。但这些结果彼此差别较大。本文采用自建的低能电子衍射动力学理论的能带近似公式,分别对Al(100)、Al(110)和Al(111)表面经理论计算与观测值的比较,结果发现Al(110)和Al(111)表面都存在振动弛豫。而Al(111)表面无此现象。
Preface The surface structures of Al (100), Al (110) and Al (111) are cleaned and studied from the 1970s. The relaxation of Al (110) surface has been found. But these results differ greatly from each other. In this paper, we compare the calculated and observed values of Al (100), Al (110) and Al (111) surfaces with the energy band approximation formula of self-built low energy electron diffraction kinetics theory. Vibrational relaxation exists on the Al (111) surface. The Al (111) surface without this phenomenon.
