正值年末岁尾,寒风呼啸的隆冬黑夜里,随着一声合闸的命令,生活在瑞金市最偏远乡村的45户群众家中顿时一片明亮、一阵欢呼。当地村民动情地说:“是人大代表帮我们点亮了这山乡黑夜里的最后一盏灯!”事情始于2011年下半年。当时,瑞金市人大常委会组织人大代表开展了一次农村电网改造工作专项视察。视察及相关核查工作中了解到,有涉及4个乡镇、7个行政村、9个自然村的45户农户,因所处位置十分偏远,其用电一直未能与主网联网。

At that time, Ruijin Municipal People’s Congress organized a NPC deputies to carry out a special inspection of rural power grids. During the inspection and verification, 45 households involved in 4 townships, 7 administrative villages and 9 natural villages have been unable to connect with the main grid because of their remote locations.
