随着国有企业的快速发展,对其内部管理水平也提出更高的要求。从国有企业管理现状看,其在不同阶段所表现出的创新设计机理也存在明显差异,如何保证这些管理创新设计与现代国有企业发展相适应,成为当前国有企业发展面临的主要问题。本文将从国有企业发展的三个阶段,包括转型早期阶段、中期阶段以及深化阶段等,对国有企业在不同时期管理创新设计表现进行探析。
With the rapid development of state-owned enterprises, the internal management level also puts forward higher requirements. From the status quo of state-owned enterprise management, there are obvious differences in the innovative design mechanism presented at different stages. How to ensure that these management innovation designs are compatible with the development of modern state-owned enterprises has become a major problem facing the development of state-owned enterprises. This article will analyze the management innovation design performance of state-owned enterprises in different periods from the three stages of the development of state-owned enterprises, including the early stage, the middle stage and the deepening phase of the transition.
