非编码长链RNA(lnc RNA)是指一类长度大于200个核苷酸的长链RNA分子,lnc RNA在真核细胞基因组中被普遍转录,占基因组转录物的绝大部分,其数量巨大,种类繁多,但无蛋白质编码功能,相对于研究较多的micro RNA,lnc RNA的功能目前尚不完全清楚。近年越来越多的研究发现,lnc RNA可在多个水平调控基因的表达,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,在肿瘤组织中存在一些lnc RNA的异常表达,这些异常表达具有肿瘤特异性。lnc RNA有希望作为肿瘤标志物用于肿瘤的早期诊断及预后评估。全文就近年关于lnc RNA作为肿瘤标志物研究成果作一综述。
