本文运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对湿地松12个地理种源3年生苗木的过氧化物酶同工酶进行初步分析.结果表明,湿地松各地理种源间在过氧化物酶同工酶谱上有着十分明显的差异.这种变异与种源自然产地的纬度变异和生态变异有关.还首次应用了极点排序的数学分类方法对种源的同工酶谱进行了定量研究.文中报道的各种源的同工酶谱可以在生产实践中对现有起源不清的湿地松引种林分进行鉴定.我校于1980年开始进行湿地松地理种源试验.为了在分子水平上研究不同种源的遗传变异状况,同时为生产上大量引种的起源不清的林分提供一种鉴定的手段.我们采用过氧化物酶同工酶分析的方法,对试验的12个种源进行了初步研究.现将结果报告于后
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method was used to analyze the peroxidase isozymes of 12-year-old wetland Pinus elliottii 3-year-old seedlings.
