为了降低炼油企业生产成本、实现节能降耗,必须保证氢气系统在最优的生产计划下运行。针对这一问题,本文将氢气总费用最小化作为生产计划优化目标,以某炼油厂为例,基于Petri网构建了氢系统中供氢装置和耗氢装置间的氢气匹配模型以及氢系统的费用模型,通过合理匹配供氢装置与耗氢装置的氢量得到氢气总费用最小时的生产计划。在Petri网得到的最优计划下氢系统氢气总费用为50335.0$/h,较优化前费用降低了23.4%,说明提出方法的可行性和有效性,对实际的炼油厂氢气系统优化计划具有一定的指导作用。
In order to reduce the production cost of oil refineries and save energy and reduce consumption, it is necessary to ensure that the hydrogen system is operated under the optimal production plan. To solve this problem, this paper takes the total cost of hydrogen as the optimization objective of production plan. Taking a refinery as an example, this paper builds a hydrogen matching model between hydrogen supply and hydrogen consumption devices and hydrogen system based on Petri net Model, a production plan that minimizes the total cost of hydrogen by reasonably matching the amount of hydrogen in the hydrogen plant and hydrogen plant.
