培养、选拔和任用德才兼备的领导干部,是关系全局的重大问题,也是十四届四中全会提出的“新的伟大工程”的关键工程。当前,干部制度改革的力度还不够大,富有生机与活力的用人机制尚未完全形成,这影响了干部队伍建设,不利于选拔德才兼备的领导干部特别是跨世纪的优秀年轻干部。本文结合四中全会精神,就如何加大干部制度改革的力度,选拔任用德才兼备的领导干部谈四点认识。
