社会工作者与志愿者都是建设社会主义和谐社会的生力军。社会工作者具有职业性和专业性特点,但其受到专业人才数量相对不足、社会认知度不高等现实问题制约;志愿者的社会认同度、群众参与度较高,但其非职业性等原因制约着服务效果和质量,需要专业的职业的引导和管理。建立社工与志愿者的联动模式,培育一支专业社工带领下的志愿者队伍,是对社工、志愿者这两种服务资源的有效整合,是实现公共管理及社会服务社会化的新方式。文章通过阐述社工与志愿者联动服务提出的背景、意义,疏理社工与志愿者的概念、性质、服务范畴、目标、手段等要素,提出社会工作者与志愿者能够形成优势互补,并对社工与志愿者的具体联动方法进行了探索。
Social workers and volunteers are the new force in building a harmonious socialist society.
