目的 :探讨窒息对新生儿的听觉和脑干功能的影响。方法 :对 5 5例窒息新生儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)检测。结果 :BAEP的异常率为 5 1%。主要表现在Ⅰ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期延长 ,Ⅰ—Ⅴ、Ⅲ—Ⅴ峰间期延长及Ⅲ—Ⅴ /Ⅰ—Ⅲ >1和反应阈升高。结论 :窒息新生儿可有听力损失和中脑下部的损害 ,BAEP对了解新生儿早期听力及脑干功能障碍有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the impact of asphyxia on auditory and brainstem function in newborn infants. Methods: Fifty-five neonates with asphyxia were subjected to brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP). Results: The abnormal rate of BAEP was 51%. Mainly in Ⅰ, Ⅴ peak latency, prolongation of Ⅰ-Ⅴ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ peak interval and Ⅲ-Ⅴ / Ⅰ-Ⅲ> 1 and response threshold increased. CONCLUSION: Asphyxia neonates may have hearing loss and damage to the middle lower part of brain. BAEP is of great value in understanding early neonatal hearing and brainstem dysfunction.
