通过挤出和注压热塑性弹性体、季戊四醇(PETH)、聚丙烯(PP)和用甲基丙烯酸甲酯改性的聚四氟乙烯(A-PTFE)制得连续开孔的海绵胶料。胶料中以苯乙烯异戊二烯嵌段共聚物(PSt-E)和热塑性弹性体作为主要弹性体成分,使胶片具有强度、减震性和耐水性。将PETH作为开孔海绵发泡剂加入到胶料中,并将胶料浸入热水中,即可制得连续开孔的海绵。在抽提PETH的过程中添加10质量份PP,这样,可有效减小胶片的线收缩率。添加5质量份A-PTFE可以有效地改善胶料在模压温度下的熔融张力以及压片性能。与注压成型相比,挤出成型可以获得更好的连续开孔海绵胶片。
A continuous open-cell sponge compound was made by extruding and infusing a thermoplastic elastomer, pentaerythritol (PETH), polypropylene (PP), and polytetrafluoroethylene (A-PTFE) modified with methyl methacrylate. Styrene-isoprene block copolymer (PSt-E) and thermoplastic elastomers are used as the main elastomer component in the compound to provide the film with strength, shock absorption and water resistance. PETH as an open-cell foam blowing agent added to the plastic material, and the plastic material immersed in hot water, you can get a continuous open-cell sponge. In the extraction of PETH in the process of adding 10 parts by mass of PP, so that it can effectively reduce the film line shrinkage. Adding 5 parts by mass of A-PTFE can effectively improve the melt tension of the compound at the molding temperature and the tableting performance. Compared with injection molding, extrusion molding can get better continuous open-hole sponge film.
