目的探讨应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的方法及其优越性。方法对2009年10月-2012年6月35例患者使用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,并以同期30例使用双极电凝行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者作为对照组。结果两组手术均获成功,EREB电外科工作站组平均手术时间80 min,平均手术出血量50 ml,住院时间4 d;双极电凝组手术时间100 min,平均手术出血量80 ml,住院时间5 d;两组手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EREB电外科工作站手术组明显优于对照组。结论应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是一种安全、可靠的术式,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后住院时间缩短,需熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧。
Objective To investigate the method and advantage of laparoscopic total hysterectomy using EREB electrosurgical workstation. Methods From October 2009 to June 2012, 35 patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy with EREB electrosurgical workstation and 30 patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy with bipolar electrocoagulation during the same period as control group. Results The operation was successful in both groups. The average operation time was 80 min in EREB electrosurgical workstation group, the average operation volume was 50 ml and the hospitalization time was 4 days. The operation time was 100 min in bipolar coagulation group, the mean operative bleeding was 80 ml, There was significant difference between the two groups in the operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation and the length of hospital stay (P <0.05). The operation group of EREB electrosurgical workstation was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions Laparoscopic total hysterectomy using EREB electrosurgical workstation is a safe and reliable operation. It has short operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and shorter postoperative hospital stay, so it is necessary to master laparoscopic operation skills.
