近年来,由苯丙素和糖组成的苯丙素甙由于具有药理活性而受到人们的重视.本文报道从穗花马先蒿(Pedicularis spicata)中分得的2个新苯丙素甙,马先蒿甙G(1)和H(2). 1 马先蒿甙G(1)的鉴定 无色粉末,[α]_D~(15)—70.2°(MeOH,C 0.4).其~(13)C NMR与acteoside比较表明(表1),除了它们核心糖不一样外,其余部分极其相似.FABMS给出其分子量为624,分子式为C_(29)H_(36)O_(15).甲醇解示其甙元为3,4-羟基苯乙醇,酰基为咖啡酰基.将1酸水解,糖部分硅醚化后,GC检测糖为L-鼠李糖和D-半乳糖,~1H NMR显示其构型分别为α和β,δ(ppm):5.09(br.s,1H,Rha的H-1),4.34(d,J=7.7 Hz,1H,Gal的H-1′).故确定1为1′-O-β-D-(3,4-二羟基-β-苯基)-乙基-4′-O-咖啡酰基-α-L-鼠李糖(1→3′)-半乳糖吡喃甙.
In recent years, phenylpropanoid quinone consisting of phenylpropanoid and sugar has attracted people’s attention because of its pharmacological activity. This article reports two new phenylpropanoid quinones, phenexin glycosides (Pedicularis spicata). 1) and H(2). 1 Identification of Gynostemma G (1) as a colorless powder, [α]_D~(15)—70.2° (MeOH, C 0.4). Comparison of its ~(13)C NMR with acteoside (Table 1), except that their core sugars are not the same, the rest are extremely similar. The FABMS gives a molecular weight of 624 and a molecular formula of C_(29)H_(36)O_(15). The methanol solution shows a unit of 3, 4-Hydroxyphenylethanol, acyl is a caffeoyl group. The acid is hydrolyzed, the sugar moiety is silylated, the sugars detected by GC are L-rhamnose and D-galactose, the 1 H NMR shows its configuration is α and β respectively. δ (ppm): 5.09 (br. s, 1H, Rha’s H-1), 4.34 (d, J = 7.7 Hz, 1H, Gal’s H-1’). Therefore, 1 is determined to be 1’-O-β. -D-(3,4-dihydroxy-β-phenyl)-ethyl-4’-O-caffeoyl-α-L-rhamnose (1→3’)-galactopyranoside.
