目的:用高效液相色谱法测定氢氯噻嗪片的含量及有关物质。方法::用C18柱;流动相:0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用10%磷酸溶液调pH至3.1)-乙腈(90∶10);检测波长:2D:254nm(3D:200nm~400nm)。结果:氢氯噻嗪与相邻有关物质峰的分离度为10.8;线性范围4.076~32.61μg·ml-1,Y=6120X-1324r=0.99998;平均回收率99.5%;RSD=0.7%(n=5)。结论:本品对光、热、酸、碱及氧化剂均不稳定;本方法检测浓度低,灵敏度高,专属性强、准确可靠,适合于氢氯噻嗪片含量及有关物质的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of hydrochlorothiazide tablets and related substances by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: use C18 column; mobile phase: 0.05mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 3.1 with 10% phosphoric acid solution) -acetonitrile (90:10); detection wavelength: 2D: 254nm ~ 400nm). Results: The separation of hydrochlorothiazide from the adjacent related substances was 10.8. The linear range was 4.076 ~ 32.61μg · ml-1, Y = 6120X-1324r = 0.99998. The average recovery was 99.5%. RSD was 0.7% (n = 5). Conclusion: This product is unstable to light, heat, acid, alkali and oxidant. The method has the advantages of low concentration, high sensitivity, strong specificity, accuracy and reliability, and is suitable for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide tablets and related substances.
