为进一步推动证券监管系统深入学习贯彻十六大精神,2002年12月20日下午,中国证监会召开机关和在京单位处级以上领导干部大会,交流前一段的学习体会。中国证监会党委书记、主席周小川同志做了重要讲话。会议由党委委员、主席助理桂敏杰同志主持,主席助理汪建熙同志出席了会议,中国证监会党校第6期进修班学员也参加了会议。中国证监会机关和派出机构的代表在大会上汇报了学习体会。周小川主席在讲话中首先总结了前一段证监会系统学习贯彻十六大精神的情况。他指出,党的十六大召开以来,中国证监会党委按照党中央和中央金融工委的统一部署和要求,把学习、宣传、贯彻党的十六大精神
