牛奶营养丰富,容易消化吸收,是婴幼儿、老弱患者的重要营养品,故牛奶质量的优劣,直接影响上述人群健康,同时牛奶又是微生物繁殖的良好培养基,因此产销过程不卫生,就会造成微生物大量污染,其后果,不但引起牛奶变质,同时可能通过牛奶传播疾病和引起食物中毒。为加强牛奶卫生管理,我们于1979年冬季(2月至4月),夏季(6至8月)对郑州市乳牛繁殖场,进行消毒奶产销过程
