众所周知,世纪之交的课程改革,对我国数学教育的发展产生了巨大冲击,所以一开始就造成很大争议.2000年8月27日,中国数学会教育工作委员会召开座谈会,对《义务教育阶段国家数学课程标准》(征求意见稿)提出意见.我刊在同年第11期刊登了这次会议的专家发言实录.此后,课改的快速推进使争议进一步加大、加剧.中国数学会教育工作委员会遂于2005年初召开扩大会议,讨论课改中的各种问题.我刊于同年第4期刊登了与会专家的发言.这些研讨会以及其他方面的推动,引导和深化了课改反思,使我国数学及数学教育界对课改的各种观点都得以表达,有效地促进了数学教育改革的良性发展.
As we all know, the curriculum reform at the turn of the century has had a tremendous impact on the development of mathematics education in our country, so it started to cause great controversy. On August 27, 2000, the Chinese Mathematical Society Education Working Committee held a forum on “compulsory education Stage national mathematics curriculum standards ”(draft) comments .I published in the same year the eleventh issue of this meeting of experts speak record .From then, the rapid progress of curriculum reform to further aggravate the controversy, intensified. The working committee then held an enlarged meeting in early 2005 to discuss various problems in the curriculum reform. I published the speech of participating experts in the fourth issue of the same year. These seminars and other aspects of the promotion guide and deepen the reform of curriculum reform, So that our mathematics and mathematics education can express all kinds of views on curriculum reform and effectively promote the sound development of mathematics education reform.
