以2-庚酮和甲酸铵为原料合成了2-庚胺,收率76.8%,然后经D-二苯甲酰酒石酸拆分后得到R-2-庚胺,拆分率41.4%。最后R-2-庚胺和乙炔、甲醛在碘化亚铜催化下合成N-炔丙基-R-2-庚胺,收率82.2%。并对反应可能的机理进行了探讨。
2-heptyl amine was synthesized from 2-heptanone and ammonium formate. The yield was 76.8%. After D-dibenzoyltartaric acid was separated, R-2-heptylamine was obtained. The resolution was 41.4%. Finally R-2-heptyl amine and acetylene, formaldehyde synthesis of N-propargyl-R-2-heptyl amine in the cuprous iodide catalysis, the yield was 82.2%. The possible mechanism of the reaction was also discussed.
