角色,可理解为一个人在社会生活中的身份以及与之相适应的行为规范。教师是社会生活中从事教育教学专业化活动的角色,即教师具有与其他职业不同的特殊身份、职业行为规范和职业特点。新课程和新教材强调,教师是学生学习的促进者、合作者、参与者和引导者。《纲要》要求“教材改革应有利于引导学生利用已有的知识和经验,主动探索知识的发生与发展,同时也有利于教师创造性地进行教学”。
Role, can be understood as a person’s identity in social life and the code of conduct in accordance with them. Teachers are social professional teaching activities engaged in the role of education, that is, teachers have different special status with other occupations, professional norms and occupational characteristics. The new curriculum and new textbook emphasize that teachers are facilitators, collaborators, participants and leaders in student learning. The “Outline” requires that “the reform of textbooks should be conducive to guide students to use existing knowledge and experience to proactively explore the occurrence and development of knowledge, and at the same time help teachers creatively teach.”
