分析了某精对苯二甲酸装置醋酸脱水塔存在塔压降过高、蒸汽耗用大、塔顶醋酸和塔底醋酸异丁酯含量严重超标等问题,采用复合孔微型浮阀高效塔盘和增加醋酸液-液萃取相结合,消除了醋酸塔运行中出现的问题,醋酸精馏取得明显效果。 The problems of over-high pressure drop, high steam consumption, excessive content of acetic acid in the top of the tower and isobutyl acetate in the bottom of the acetic acid dehydration tower of a purified terephthalic acid plant were analyzed. Increasing the combination of liquid-liquid extraction of acetic acid eliminates the problems that occur during the operation of the acetic acid column and the obvious effect is achieved by the acetic acid distillation.
