目的:探讨自体肾移植围手术期有效的护理措施。方法:对2014年1月至2014年11月4例自体肾移植患者进行术前准备、术后病情观察和护理总结,出院后随诊指标的观察。结果:4例自体肾移植患者移植成功,术后无并发症发生,出院后随诊各项观察指标均在正常范围。结论:充足的术前准备和精心的治疗和护理可有效预防各种并发症的发生,利于病情的恢复。
Objective: To explore the effective perioperative nursing measures of autologous kidney transplantation. Methods: From January 2014 to November 2014, 4 cases of autologous kidney transplantation were performed preoperative preparation, postoperative condition observation and nursing, and were followed up after discharge. Results: Four cases of autologous kidney transplantation were successfully transplanted. No postoperative complications occurred. All the follow-up indicators after discharge were in the normal range. Conclusion: Adequate preoperative preparation and careful treatment and care can effectively prevent the occurrence of various complications and facilitate the recovery of the disease.
