目的研究苦瓜叶的形态组织学特征。方法采用性状观察、石蜡切片、徒手切片和表面制片相结合的方法,用显微描绘器绘制组织、粉末图。结果找到了苦瓜叶在药材性状、组织构造及粉末上的主要鉴别特征。结论形态组织学特征可作为苦瓜叶的鉴别依据,为苦瓜叶的品质评价奠定了实验基础。
Objective To study the morphological and histological characteristics of bitter melon leaves. Methods Using the methods of traits observation, paraffin section, freehand sectioning and surface preparation, the tissue and powder chart were drawn with micrograph. Results The main distinguishing features of bitter melon leaves on medicinal properties, tissue structure and powder were found. Conclusion Morphological and histological features can be used as the basis for the identification of bitter melon leaves, laying an experimental foundation for the quality evaluation of bitter melon leaves.
