烧结污泥页岩砖是一种新型环保节能材料,为了研究污泥掺量对烧结污泥页岩砖抗压强度的影响,采用对比试验,通过对不同污泥掺量的五组烧结成品的抗压强度的检测与对比,找到了原料中合理的污泥掺量。试验结果表明:在相同实验条件下,随着污泥掺量在烧结污泥页岩砖中的增加,砖体的抗压强度显著降低;为了最大程度的实现污泥资源化利用,烧结污泥页岩砖中污泥的质量百分数控制在30%最佳。
Sintered sludge shale brick is a new type of environmentally friendly energy-saving materials.
