通过对灌河口上游和外海来水来沙量及外航道历史演变的分析 ,表明新沂河泄洪对灌河口的河床有较大影响 ,上游各支流的下泄量较小 ,外海的来水来沙量主要与纳潮量和外海波浪对海底掀沙能力的大小有关。外航道整治方案回淤量计算结果为 :开挖万吨级航道泥沙回淤量为 2 2 0万 m3/ a,开挖 3.5万吨级航道回淤量为 32 0万 m3/ a。航道开通后 ,燕尾港可分期建设 8个万吨级泊位。 Through the analysis of the sediment and sediment flux in the upper and outer reaches of the irrigation estuary and the history of the outer waterway, it shows that the discharge of Xinyi River has a great influence on the riverbed of the river mouth and the discharge amount of each tributary in the upper reaches is small. The calculation results of back silting for the outer waterway improvement project are as follows: the amount of sediment dredging for the channeling of 10,000-ton waterway is 22 million m3 / a; the volume of back-silting for the excavation of 35,000-ton waterway is 320 million m3 / a. After the opening of the waterway, dozens of ten-thousand-ton berths will be constructed in the dozeo port by stages.
