胎儿体重预测有助于分娩方式的选择。应用逐步回归分析法并借助于 APPLE-Ⅱ微型电了计算机,我们将孕妇的有关指标与胎儿体重建立起多元回归方程,用于预测胎儿体重。回归方程如下:公式(1)胎儿体重(g)=-326.8199+19.8386×孕妇体重(Kg)+68.8111×宫高(cm);公式(2)胎儿体重(g)=-1115.8857+14.2422×孕妇体重(kg)+7.3936×腹围(cm)+63.8403×宫高(cm)+20×粗隆间径(cm)。简化方程:公式(1)胎儿体重(g)=-300+20×孕妇体重(Kg)+70×宫高(cm),公式(2)胎儿体重(g)=-1100+15×孕妇体重(kg)+8×腹团(cm)+60×宫高(cm)+20×粗隆间径(cm)。
Fetal weight prediction helps to choose the mode of delivery. Using stepwise regression analysis and APPLE-II miniature computer, we established the multiple regression equation between the related indicators of pregnant women and fetal body weight to predict fetal body weight. The regression equation is as follows: Formula (1) Fetal weight (g) = - 326.8199 + 19.8386 × Pregnant woman’s body weight (Kg) + 68.8111 × Height (cm); Formula (2) Fetal weight (g) = - 1115.8857 + 14.2422 × Weight of pregnant women (kg) + 7.3936 × abdominal circumference (cm) + 63.8403 × height (cm) + 20 × intertrochanteric diameter (cm). (1) the weight of the fetus (g) = - 300 + 20 × the weight of the pregnant woman (Kg) + 70 × the height of the uterus, formula (2) the weight of the fetus kg) + 8 × abdominal mass (cm) + 60 × height (cm) + 20 × intertrochanteric diameter (cm).
