6月16～17日,江苏省厅在南通市召开了冶金产品结构调整会议,会议认真学习、贯彻邓小平同志关于我国改革开放和发展经济建设的重要讲话及中央2号、4号文件精神,贯彻了今年4月份省政府领导听取我厅冶金产品结构调整汇报时作的重要指示。会议的主要任务是根据党中央,国务院提出的当前经济工作要突出结构调整,提高效益的指示和省委、省政府提出的我省经济发展“三个为主”的指导方针,从我国国情、省情出发,以适应国内外市场对钢材的需求为导向,以品种、质量、节能、降耗为重点,依靠技术进步和科学管理,明确产品结构实现优化调整,确定今后工作中具体推进调整的措施,努力提高经济效益和社会效益,把江苏冶金工业推向新的高度。
