关玉良,字苦琢,自号怀父、关东玉良。 1957年生,黑龙江望奎人,1979年哈尔滨师范大学艺术系毕业,1987年结业于中央美术学院国画系,为关东画友会创始人之一,对倡导关东现代艺术运动、促进关东当代水墨画的艺术进程发挥了积极的作用。
Guan Yu-liang, the word bitter cut, since the fathers, Kanto Yuliang.
