根据中国常见进口铁矿石种类,选择了8种进口铁矿石进行烧结基础性能研究,包括同化性、铁酸钙生成能力和液相流动性。探讨了烧结原料基础性能与铁矿石物理化学性能之间的关系。随着铁矿石中TFe含量的增加,A/S和Ig的降低,同化温度有增加的趋势。铁酸钙的生成能力随着Al2O3含量和A/S的增加而增多。随着SiO2含量的提高,Al2O3含量和A/S的降低,其液相流动性不断增加。
According to the common imported iron ore types in China, 8 kinds of imported iron ore are selected for the basic performance research of sintering, including assimilation, calcium ferrite generation ability and liquid flowability. The relationship between basic properties of sinter raw materials and physical and chemical properties of iron ores was discussed. With the increase of TFe content in iron ore, the A / S and Ig decreased, and the assimilation temperature tended to increase. The formation of calcium ferrite increased with increasing Al2O3 content and A / S. With the increase of SiO2 content, the content of Al2O3 and A / S decreased, and the fluidity of liquid phase increased continuously.
