“双证融通”既是职业教育持续发展的需要,也是高职财务管理专业自身发展的需要。但目前仍面临证出多门与管理失衡、对接脱节与落实不力、种类缺乏与独立性差、证教分离与融通不畅等困境。针对这一现状,建议全面推行和严格贯彻就业准入制度;改革职业资格证书管理体系,制定统一的职业资格标准;建立有效的“双证融通”的教学运行机制。 “Double Card Integration” is not only the need of continuous development of vocational education, but also the need of self-development of higher vocational finance management specialty. However, it is still faced with the plight of such problems as the imbalance between multiple doors and management, the disjunction and implementation of butt exchanges, the lack of kind and independence, and the separation and mediation between the two sides. In response to this situation, it is recommended to fully implement and strictly implement the employment access system; reform the vocational qualification certificate management system, develop a uniform standard of professional qualifications; and establish an effective “double permit ” teaching operation mechanism.
