在鼻内窥镜下对6例鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者进行了手术治疗。随访18个月～4年,1例局部复发在内窥镜下2次手术,5例未再复发。介绍了手术方法并对内窥镜手术的适应证、禁忌证及优缺点进行了讨论。
Six patients with nasal and sinus inverted papilloma underwent endoscopic sinus surgery. Follow-up 18 months to 4 years, 1 case of local recurrence in the endoscopic surgery 2 times, 5 cases no recurrence. The surgical procedure was introduced and the indications, contraindications and advantages and disadvantages of endoscopic surgery were discussed.
