本文提出用化学法预处理钢铁表面。对化学法处理后的钢铁的各种机械性能、耐二次锈蚀时间、对油漆的附着力,以及对环保、卫生的影响等方面,作了大量的试验研究。试验结果表明,本法设备简单、操作容易、成本低廉,可以应用于机、货车零部件的钢铁表面预处理。本法试用于生产,已历时两年,处理数量约10万件,已装车运用。至今尚未发现因化学法预处理钢材而引起的任何质量问题,经济效益显著,值得推广应用。
This paper proposes to chemically treat the surface of steel. A large number of experimental studies have been done on the various mechanical properties of steel after chemical treatment, the resistance to secondary corrosion, the adhesion to paint, and environmental and health effects. The test results show that this method has the advantages of simple equipment, easy operation and low cost, and can be applied to the steel surface pretreatment of machine and truck parts. This Law has been tried and tested in production and has lasted for two years with a handling capacity of about 100,000 pieces and has been loaded and used. So far, no quality problems caused by pretreatment of steel by chemical methods have been found, and the economic benefits are remarkable and it is worth to be popularized and applied.
