极早熟葡萄“金农628”是一个特早熟、大粒、浓香型葡萄新品种。一般从开花到全部成熟不超过40天。在黄河流域栽培,正常年份4月中旬萌芽,5月中旬开花,6月10日前后果实开始变软着色,6月28日左右在不采取任何催熟措施条件下即可全部自然成熟。平均穗重500克,最大可达1500克,单粒平均重8.5克(如1元硬币大小),最大达15克。果实紫红色,成熟后有玫瑰香味,品质优异。久旱遇雨不裂果,果皮厚,耐运输。在果品市场上能淡季上市,经济效益显著,并极具市场开发潜力。该品种已于1999年4月通过山东省品种审定委员会审定,也是目前国内唯一通过审定的特早熟葡萄品种。现将其一年壮苗、二年结果、三年丰产栽培技术阐释如下。
