提出了一种基于扩展光源的自由曲面透镜设计算法,运用该算法实现了小角度的均匀照明。在扩展光源与接收面之间建立一种能量对应关系,利用非成像边缘光线法求出自由曲面轮廓曲线的离散数据点,拟合离散点并生成透镜实体。对不同光源尺寸的透镜进行非序列光线追迹模拟,讨论了光源的尺寸对于在均光前提下的发光角度的影响,模拟结果表明,该算法对扩展光源实现均匀照明有较好的适应性,光束的发散角控制在其最小角度。
A free-form lens design algorithm based on extended light source is proposed. By using this algorithm, a uniform lighting with a small angle is achieved. An energy correspondence between the extended light source and the receiving surface is established. Discrete data points of the free-form surface profile curve are obtained by using the non-imaging edge ray method to fit the discrete points and generate the lens entity. The non-sequential ray tracing simulation of lenses with different light source sizes is carried out. The effect of the size of the light source on the light-emitting angle under the light-homogenization condition is discussed. The simulation results show that the algorithm has good adaptability to the extended light source to achieve uniform illumination, The divergence angle of the beam is controlled at its minimum angle.
