目的:探讨3D整合牙颌模型在无托槽隐形矫治器设计中的应用价值与方法。方法:选取需应用无托槽隐形矫治器治疗患者16名,随机分为对照组与观察组各8例,前者运用人工排列模拟建模设计,后者运用3D整合牙颌模型模拟建模设计,对比矫治所需时间。结果:观察组患者倾斜牙扶正时间、扭转牙扭正时间、治疗完成时间分别为(28.9±5.2)周、(24.2±5.9)周、(53.2±9.9)周低于对照组(33.1±3.2)周、(27.1±4.3)周、(62.5±8.2)周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于无托槽隐形矫治器设计中应用3D整合牙颌模型技术可提高治疗效用。
Objective: To explore the value and method of 3D integrated dental model in the design of brackets without brackets. Methods: Totally 16 patients were treated with braces-less stealth appliance. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 8 cases each. The former was designed by manual alignment and the latter by 3D modeling. Comparison of the time required for treatment. Results: The skewed teeth orthodontic time and twisting tooth twist time in the observation group were (28.9 ± 5.2) weeks, (24.2 ± 5.9) weeks and (53.2 ± 9.9) weeks respectively, lower than those in the control group (33.1 ± 3.2) Week, (27.1 ± 4.3) weeks, (62.5 ± 8.2) weeks, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of 3D integrated dental model in the design of brackets without braces can improve the therapeutic effect.
