在传统心理学追踪观察法基础上 ,结合国内外有关资料及对飞行员的实际调查 ,制定出优秀、良好、一般 3类飞行员的飞行能力的评定标准。对 55名男性飞行员的 1 1项心理学指标进行评定。把评定结果数量化 ,经逐步差别分析 ,对差别函数贡献最大的动作协调性 ,飞行意志 ,注意力分配 ,精力和胆量 5项指标组成心理品质模型 ,且能预测飞行能力。组内回代符合率为 94 .55% ,组外回代 93.75% ,2者符合率基本反映了模型的稳定性 ,3类飞行员差别效果显著性检验均极其显著( P<0 .0 0 1 )。尤其该方法经另外 4 8名飞行员实际应用 ,证明符合率为 93.75% ,这充分证明此 5项心理学指标能充分全面地反映出一个飞行员的心理品质的特征 ,亦能较好反映飞行员的飞行能力。这对飞行新生、飞行学员心理品质塑造 ,飞行训练中因材施教 ,减少停飞率 ,避免不必要浪费具有较大的实用价值和社会经济效益
Based on the traditional psychology follow-up observation method and based on domestic and foreign relevant information and the actual investigation of pilots, the evaluation standards of excellent, good and general 3 categories of pilots’ flight capability are formulated. Eleven psychological indicators of 55 male pilots were assessed. The quantitative assessment results, through stepwise differential analysis, the contribution to the differential function of the largest coordination of the movement, flight will, attention distribution, energy and guts five indicators of psychological quality model, and can predict the ability to fly. The coincidence rate was 94.55% in the group and 93.75% in the group. The coincidence rate of the two groups basically reflected the stability of the model. The significance test of difference effect of the three pilots was extremely significant (P0.01) ). In particular, the method was applied by another 48 pilots to prove that the coincidence rate was 93.75%. This fully proves that the five psychological indicators can fully and fully reflect the characteristics of a pilot’s psychological quality and also better reflect the pilot’s flight ability. It is of great practical value and socio-economic benefits for the students who are new to flying, the psychological quality of flight trainees, and who teach in accordance with their aptitude in flight training so as to reduce the rate of grounded arrests and avoid unnecessary waste
