一、概况 上钢五厂采用双真空(真空感应+真空自耗)生产的GH49高温合金棒材,直径35毫米,炉号824—29,在我厂投料制成一级涡轮叶片并装机试车,试车80分钟后分解,用荧光探伤法进行检验,发现第28~#一级涡轮叶片有裂纹。裂纹位置在叶盆上,距叶片第一榫齿约20毫米,裂纹端头距进气边和排气边,分别为8毫米和24毫米,裂纹沿叶片横向延伸,长10毫米左右,呈锯齿状。裂纹距第五齿为36毫米,约等于叶片总长的三分之一左右,如图1所示。
