1993年间,我院用凝血酶口服联合甲氰咪胍静滴治疗上消化道出血30例,收到了较好的止血效果。 一、临床资料 全部为住院病人,男24例,女4例,年龄42～74岁。胃溃疡出血10例,十二指肠球部溃疡6例,肝硬化门脉高压4例,急性胃粘膜病变6例,脑梗塞2例,恶性组织细胞病、慢性肾炎尿毒症各1例。呕血并黑便21例,单纯黑便9例。出血量300～2000ml,平均750ml,其中伴失血性休克3例。 治疗方法;在常规禁食、输液、补充血容量的基础上,据据病情给予凝血酶200～
