本文收集110例临产孕妇子宫颈拭子,其中60例与其婴儿配对采集口咽拭子分别作血平皿及高渗L型培养。子宫颈细菌L型阳性率为27.3%,其中金黄色葡萄球菌26例,新生儿口腔L型阳性率为30.O%(17/18为金葡菌),表明婴儿病菌主要来自母亲产道,此外,子宫颈分离到118株细菌型茵,革兰阳性球菌占33.1%,革兰阴性杆茵57.6%,霉菌4.O%,口腔分离到24株细菌型菌,其中革兰阳性球菌12株,革兰阴性杆菌9株,霉菌1株。
In this paper, 110 cases of pregnant women with cervical swabs were collected, of which 60 cases were paired with their infant oropharyngeal swabs for blood plate and hypertonic L-type culture. The positive rate of cervical bacterial L-type was 27.3%, of which 26 were Staphylococcus aureus, and the oral L-positive rate was 30 in neonates. O (17/18 for Staphylococcus aureus), indicating that the baby’s bacteria mainly from the mother’s birth canal, in addition, the cervix isolated 118 strains of bacteria, Gram-positive cocci 33.1%, Gram-negative rod 57.6 %, Mold 4. O%. 24 bacterial strains were isolated from oral cavity, of which 12 were Gram-positive cocci, 9 were Gram-negative bacilli and 1 was mold.
