以PE250×400型颚式破碎机转轴为研究对象,通过对转轴系统的简化,采用一维有限元的方法,建立了破碎机的一维转子系统有限元模型,研究了轴承的支承刚度、陀螺效应和转轴质量对破碎机转子系统临界转速的影响,结果表明,轴承的支承刚度在一定数值范围内对转子的临界转速有较大的影响,陀螺效应对转子系统的1阶临界转速有明显的影响,当轴承刚度大于一定数值时,陀螺效应对第2阶临界转速也开始有影响,转轴质量对转子系统的1阶和2阶正进动临界转速有较大的影响。
