难变形合金GH690大型管材挤压过程中,坯料金属损伤的分布、大小对于成形管材表层质量有着重要的影响,尤其影响到成形管材的耐酸碱腐蚀速率。因此,基于DEFORM-2D平台,建立了可靠、适用的GH690合金大型管材(准Ф420mm×60mm)挤压过程的损伤预测有限元模型。模拟研究揭示了GH690合金大型管材挤压过程中坯料金属损伤分布规律和挤压比、模角对其影响的规律。该结果将为GH690合金大型管材挤压工艺优化设计与精细化控制提供重要的指导依据。
During the extrusion process of large-scale pipe of difficult-to-be-alloy GH690, the distribution and size of the metal damage in the billets have an important influence on the surface quality of the formed pipe, especially affecting the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the formed pipe. Therefore, based on the DEFORM-2D platform, a finite element model of damage prediction for the extrusion process of GH690 alloy large pipe (quasi-Ф420mm × 60mm) is established. Simulation studies revealed the rule of metal damage distribution and extrusion ratio and mode angle of GH690 alloy large-size pipe extrusion process. The results will provide an important guide for the optimization design and fine control of GH690 alloy large pipe extrusion process.
