通过对现行南水北调中线工程管理模式进行对比分析,提出大型调水工程需要专业化项目工程的委托管理模式,并指出该管理模式的适用范围。
Based on the comparison and analysis of the existing management modes of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper puts forward the entrusted management mode of large-scale water diversion project that requires specialized project, and points out the applicable scope of the management mode.
