“送教下乡”使农民接受正规的中等职业教育,提高综合素质,掌握生产经营技术,成为具有一定技能、能够自主创业或再就业的新型农民。但农民学员年龄跨度较大、文化素质、种养殖专业素质以及学习能力等参差不齐,这给培训教师在教学过程中带来一定的难度,如教学方法不当就会达不到预期的教学效果。基于现代的教学设计理念,采用灵活多样的教学方式,通过2年多的探索和实践,不但提高了农民素质,而且促进了农业生产升级和农民增收,逐步形成了独具特色的教学模式。
“Give education to go to the countryside” to enable farmers to accept regular secondary vocational education, improve overall quality, master production and management techniques, to become a new type of peasant with a certain skill, able to start their own businesses or reemployment. However, peasant trainees have a large age span, cultural qualities, specialty quality of breeding and breeding, and their ability to learn are uneven. This poses some difficulties for the trainers in the teaching process. For example, inappropriate teaching methods can not achieve the expected teaching effect . Based on the modern teaching design concept and adopting flexible and diversified teaching methods, through more than two years of exploration and practice, not only the quality of peasants has been improved, but also the upgrading of agricultural production and the incomes of peasants have been promoted, and a distinctive teaching mode has been gradually formed.
