变异型心绞痛为Prinzmetal于1959年所提出,系指由于冠状动脉痉挛(有或无冠状动脉器质病变)引起一过性心肌供血不足所致的心绞痛发作,发作时临床表现及心电图改变特点与其它类型的心绞痛有所不同。此后大量临床观察及冠状动脉造影等研究均证实了此型心绞痛的存在,并逐步加深了认识。本文对近两年收治的符合变异型心绞痛诊断标准的22例病人进行初步临床分析。
