目的:观察灯盏花素对于尿毒症大鼠腹膜透析效能及腹膜结构的影响。方法:采用随机分组对照方法,对于尿毒症大鼠腹膜透析模型进行长期腹膜透析治疗,采用腹透液加入灯盏花素进行干预,对比用药组与对照组D/P肌酐和超滤量的变化。结果:高浓度组与低浓度组间D/P肌酐、超滤量比较无显著差异(P=0.855);高浓度组、低浓度组的D/P肌酐、超滤量均较对照1组显著升高(P<0.05),但低于对照1组(P<0.001)。组织病理学结果:间皮细胞完整性破坏、间皮下基质积聚、炎性细胞的浸润和毛细血管的增生等方面,程度上由高到低依次为对照1组、低浓度组、高浓度组、对照2组。结论:灯盏花素能够对腹膜间皮细胞具有保护作用,且能够提高腹膜透析效能。
Objective: To observe the effect of breviscapine on the peritoneal dialysis efficacy and peritoneal structure of uremic rats. METHODS: Randomized controlled trials were used to evaluate the long-term peritoneal dialysis in peritoneal dialysis models in uremic rats. Peritoneal dialysis fluid was administered with breviscapine to compare the changes in D/P creatinine and ultrafiltration between the drug and control groups. Results: There was no significant difference in D/P creatinine and ultrafiltration between the high and low concentrations (P=0.855). D/P creatinine and ultrafiltration in the high and low concentrations were significantly greater than those in the control 1 group. Elevated (P<0.05), but lower than control group 1 (P<0.001). Histopathological results: The degree of destruction of mesothelial cell integrity, inter-subcutaneous matrix accumulation, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and proliferation of capillaries, from high to low in order of control group 1, low concentration group, high concentration group, Control 2 groups. Conclusion: Breviscapine can protect peritoneal mesothelial cells and improve the efficacy of peritoneal dialysis.
